The room was spacious, and i had a good street view. The staff were friendly and quick, which i liked. The hotel location is great. I did find it very clean and nicely decorated. I liked the robes and slippers provided in my room, it was really good.
The gym could use a bit more equipment, but it was still alright.

This hotel features convenient access to various restaurants and shopping areas, everything felt pretty close. A subway station is nearby, it's like. 4 miles away. Walking around felt safe at all hours, and that is very reassuring.

The restaurant served tasty food, especially with a decent menu offering nice options. The lounge area was very inviting. A delicious bakery is across the street, I would say about 15 minutes walk into central Georgetown. It also offers warm cookies and chilled water in the lobby.

The staff was always kind and provided great support . They helped with check in and check out, luggage, and local info, so kind of them! Housekeeping responded quickly to requests and even made the bed perfectly.

The ac in my room was a real problem. It turned on and off constantly! it barely cooled the room and disrupted my sleep, i found it frustrating.

marcus greeted me so warmly. he explained the parking situation for my rental car so well. the room was also very clean. paul helped me when i checked out, and he was also charismatic.
the lighting was terrible in the room. it was also bad in the bathroom, too. the a/c was very noisy. i couldn't get my keycard until the day after i checked in. terrible!
